Step #9:
Perm Lotion #1: To apply perm lotion, take a portion from packet #1 and put it on a disposable palette. Then, use a microswab to apply the lotion evenly across the lash line's bottom half, leaving the tips of the lashes lotion-free. Depending on the length and thickness of the lashes, the processing time will vary between 10 to 15 minutes. For thin eyelashes, the processing time is 10 minutes, and for thick lashes, it is 15 minutes. Once the processing time is over, carefully remove the perm lotion from the lashes with a clean micro swab. Ensure the lashes stay adhered to the silicone pad. Do not use water.

Setting Lotion #2: To apply setting lotion, take a portion from packet #2 and put it on a disposable palette. Then, use a microswab to apply the lotion evenly across the lash line's bottom half, leaving the tips of the lashes lotion-free. Depending on the length and thickness of the lashes, the processing time will vary between 10 to 15 minutes. For thin eyelashes, the processing time is 10 minutes, and for thick lashes, it is 15 minutes. Once the processing time is over, carefully remove the perm lotion from the lashes with a clean micro swab before applying the Lash Lift & Brow Serum. Do not use water.
